What I do · Student management

Each student's progress,
on one screen

When attendance, scores, homework and counseling notes live in a ledger, a group chat and a spreadsheet, understanding one student means checking three places. I bring those records together, so thinking of a student is enough to see where they are right now.

A good fit if

The records keep piling up, but no student is visible at a glance

  • Records are split across several places

If you move between ledgers, chats and spreadsheets to follow one student, we start by putting the records in one place.

  • Off-the-shelf software doesn't fit how you work

If bending your routine to a product sent you back to spreadsheets, I bend the system to your routine instead.

  • Every parent meeting means digging for data

If gathering attendance and scores before a meeting takes too long, the records you need open on one screen.

What I build

Screens where the academy's records gather around each student

Every academy gets a different build. These are the pieces that come up most often.

  • Student card

Attendance, make-up classes, test scores, homework and counseling notes, one page per student.

  • Class and teacher view

Each teacher sees their classes at a glance, with today's follow-ups in one list.

  • Score trends

Frequent tests such as vocabulary quizzes show week by week, so a slide is noticed early.

  • Draft parent reports

Report drafts are written from the records, so teachers only read and refine them.

How I work

The person who listens is the person who builds

  1. 1

    Listen

I follow the director's and teachers' full day, start to finish.

  2. 2

    Map the flow

Where information starts, and where it stops.

  3. 3

    Find what's stuck

Starting where the most time leaks away.

  4. 4

    Design & build

A system built for your academy, by me.

  5. 5

    Settle in

Teacher training and adjustments until it sticks.

Tell me about your academy's day.

We start by finding where the time goes, together.
