1. Overview

Mode On ("we") processes the personal information of visitors to this site (modeon.kr) under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act. This site has no sign-up or input forms. Only the visit records below are collected automatically.

2. What is collected, and how

Pages visited, time spent, usage such as scrolling and clicks, how you arrived (which site or search engine), browser and device type, and approximate location (country and city) are collected automatically through cookies and the analytics tools below. We do not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name or contact details.

3. Why

Only to understand visit statistics and to improve the site's structure and wording.

4. Analytics tools and transfer abroad

Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA) processes visit statistics. Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation, USA) processes click and scroll heatmaps and session recordings, with form fields masked. The data is sent to and stored on each company's servers (in the USA and elsewhere) at the time of your visit.

5. How long it is kept

Google Analytics event data is deleted after 14 months. Microsoft Clarity data is kept under Microsoft's policy, and session recordings are deleted after 30 days by default.

6. How to opt out

Blocking cookies in your browser settings stops collection, and the site still works normally. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
