The work that repeats every day,
handled by the system

Taking an absence message, booking a make-up class, checking homework, then copying it all into the ledger again. Each step is short, but done every day it eats into class preparation. I move this work into a system so teachers' time goes back to students.

A good fit if

The same work is done by hand, more than once

  • The same information is copied again and again

If absence messages from group chats get rewritten into ledgers and spreadsheets, one entry should be enough.

  • Follow-ups depend on someone remembering

Make-up schedules and missing homework, the things that slip easily, are gathered and shown by the system.

  • A new teacher means a new way of working

The routine lives in the system rather than in one person's head, so new teachers follow the same flow.

What I build

Starting with the tasks that leak the most time

Every academy gets a different build. These are the pieces that come up most often.

  • Attendance and make-up messages

Absence and make-up messages that arrive through several group chats, gathered into one flow.

  • Homework tracking

Submissions collected by class, so missing students are found right away.

  • Counseling prep

The records needed before a meeting, gathered with one button.

  • Drafts for fixed-format writing

Parent notices and reports with a set format are drafted automatically.

How I work

The person who listens is the person who builds

  1. 1

    Listen

I follow the director's and teachers' full day, start to finish.

  2. 2

    Map the flow

Where information starts, and where it stops.

  3. 3

    Find what's stuck

Starting where the most time leaks away.

  4. 4

    Design & build

A system built for your academy, by me.

  5. 5

    Settle in

Teacher training and adjustments until it sticks.

Tell me about your academy's day.

We start by finding where the time goes, together.
